Shipping policy

Presently, we ship to Canada and the US. If you have a special order request from another country, reach out to us at hello@andorcollective.com and we will provide you with international shipping details.

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. If an order is placed to a PO box or freight forwarder and returned to our shipping facility, it will be returned to inventory and reimbursed.

Order processing takes between 24-48 hours, and you will receive an email once your items have shipped. For orders over $200 USD/$275 CAD, standard shipping is complimentary, with average shipping times of 3-9 business days. For orders under the threshold listed above, a standard rate of $9.95 USD/CAD will apply. For expedited shipping in both the US and Canada, a standard fee of $12.95 USD/15.95 CAD will be applied to your order.
