Refund policy

We want to make your holiday shopping experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. To accommodate gift purchases during the holiday season, we are offering an extended return period.

Standard Returns Policy:

• For all non-gift purchases, our standard return policy applies: items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

• Please contact us at hello@andorcollective.com to initiate a return or exchange, and we will assist you with the process.

Return Shipping Fees:

• A flat return shipping fee of $15.00 CAD will apply to all returns.

• For exchanges, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or applied to the exchanged item’s shipping cost.

Price Adjustments:

• If you purchased an item at full price and it later goes on sale or becomes part of a promotion within 7 days of your purchase, we will offer a price adjustment.
